Stock status was incorrect. I ordered a simple OD green scarf that was showm to be in stock but when the customer support reached out to me after 1 week they informed that it was not. They did however offer me to pick a different print that was slightly more expensive without charging extra but when they sent out the package they had changed it to something different without even informing me before. Same thing happened with the pants I ordered and they did not have the size I wanted that was shown to be in stock so I just picked one size bigger. Overall the customer support was helpful and offered to send me a replacement when it's back in stock. Also the site has a lot of choices and could find what i wnated.

Bought a Magnum Wolf jacket online for shipping. While the jacket itself was at the time, unavailable, a few emails back and forth, and they did all in their hand to provide me with the exact model. The packaging was correct, the product exactly as displayed in the online shop. Props to all involved in my purchase, will surely buy again.

Overall experience is awful. I have ordered pants and fleece on 1st of November. I knew that the wait will be long, but overall I waited until 7 of December, and there was no single attempt made to communicate with me. I tried to call on 8 of December, after countless attempts I was greeted by someone who clearly doesn't speak English, and he said that the package will be sent next week. Needless to say, it didn't happen. 8 days after I received an email, saying - "We got your package ready, but because of the status in Middle East, you will need to pay additional 25 Euros for delivery - despite the fact that I have prepaid the whole amount of 216 euro previously. This is outrageous and possibly a worst customer experience that I have ever had And in addition to that, all the numbers on their website and FB page are different and to actually get someone on the phone is very hard, and be ready that they don't understand English, and also never return you answers to your emails/calls

Excellent overall experience. The quality and authenticity of the products is amazing. Pricing is fair. My friend was ecstatic with the French military helmet I got him. I personally like authentic militaria but am aware that not everybody else does. The fact that there were a few dents and scratches on the gendarme helmet is proof it was used by the forces de l'ordre during the tumultuous May 1968. I will return to buy more such authentic pieces of history. Reproductions are nice in a pinch but nothing beats the look and feel of real history.

First off, once we got the payment details worked out (I never bought anything directly from Overseas), everything was fine. Item arrived via DHL carrier very quickly (7days). Not too bad coming from 1/2 way around the world to the U.S.A. The tent looks like it's darn near new, although there were a couple repairs to the peg down points. If it weren't for that, I would swear it was new! Great item and they kept me informed via email all along the process. My ONLY complaint, and I don't really care, is it came with no bag. 1st pic is packaging, 2nd is original peg loop, 3rd is repaired peg loop, last is set up. No issues with Military Surplus!
